Open Ownership is looking for a short-term contractor to provide administrative, logistical and coordination support. This will include attendee management, travel booking, venue coordination and onsite logistics and delivery support.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative, logistics and coordination support to enable the smooth and efficient planning and delivery of a high-level two-day international event taking place in the Seychelles in October 2024.

We are seeking an action-oriented, well-organised and proactive individual who can bring three or more years’ relevant experience for the skills required for this contract. This consultancy is ideal for a contractor who has provided similar administrative and coordination support in events settings previously and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving global environment. Experience of working in international events or travel coordination is essential.

Brief details

Location: Remote, home-based within +/- 4 hours of UTC.

Time required and budget: We are seeking a candidate who would be able to provide support for a total of approximately 50 days between June and October 2024. A maximum budget of USD 450 per day is available for the daily fee. Other expenses incurred by the contractor such as the travel to the Seychelles will also be covered.
