Senior Project Coordinator Consultancy (Philippines)

We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator for a part-time, short-term consultancy to support stakeholder management and local content adaptation for a pilot project by Open Ownership in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) of the Philippines.

Purpose of the contract

The role will involve supporting the delivery of the following key project activities:

• Build awareness and buy-in for beneficial ownership data transparency in public procurement;
• Equip DepEd staff with tools and knowledge about beneficial ownership data use and impact measurement;
• Institutionalise BO data use in procurement workflows; and
• Evaluate impact and generate evidence.

Assignment Details

• Remuneration: This contract is estimated to require up to 60 days of work (estimated at an average of 10 days/month), for which a total budget of US$ 27,000 is available.
• Contract length: The consultancy will run from July 2026 to December 2026.
• Location: Remote working, Metro Manila, Philipines.

We are seeking an action-oriented, well-organised and proactive individual who can bring five or more years’ relevant experience for the skills required for this contract. The appointed candidate must be located in Metro Manila, Philippines. They must be available for an immediate start.

This consultancy is ideal for a contractor who has provided similar coordination support for projects with the Government of The Philippines, with a strong preference for prior experience working with The Department of Education. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving global environment, working across multiple time zones.
