Further resources
This guide has taken you through why conducting user research will help ensure your BO reforms will be impactful and meet your goals, and outlined the types of users you might want to speak to and what you should hope to learn about them.
It hasn’t gone into great detail on exactly how to conduct your research, such as recruiting participants; how to choose between various research methods; or how to analyse the data that you get back from your research.
