Current ongoing work

Open Ownership (OO) is providing technical assistance to the Securities and Exchange Commission in developing a central beneficial ownership register and implementing policy reforms. OO has also facilitated training and workshops to support the use of beneficial ownership in law enforcement, tax investigations, and public procurement. OO continues to support the Philippines Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative in meeting its beneficial ownership commitments under Requirement 2.5.
