The National Bureau of Investigation filed two cases against a dismissed municipal mayor, later identified as a Chinese national, and family members after finding they had declared themselves Filipinos in the Articles of Incorporation of several companies while holding majority shares. Charges include multiple counts of Falsification of Public Documents and violations of the Anti-Dummy Law.
