Commitment details

  • As a European Union member, Lithuania is obliged to create a central, public register of beneficial ownership, covering the whole economy. [19 April 2018]
  • Lithuania included a commitment to make its beneficial ownership data public as part of its 2021-2023 Open Government Partnership National Action Plan. A recommendation was also included to publish data in line with the Beneficial Ownership Data Standard [29 June 2021] link to commitment
