Julie Rialet is Open Ownership’s Policy and Research Associate. As a member of the Policy & Research team, Julie contributes to developing, testing, and refining the organisation’s policy recommendations, supporting the implementation of BOT reforms, and documenting the use of BO data.
Prior to joining Open Ownership, Julie worked for seven years supporting civil society and multilateral organisations with their research, political advocacy and programming to advance human rights across Africa, Asia and the Middle-East. She has also worked with a London-based consulting firm to support social leaders growing the reach and impact of their organisation.
She holds a Masters in Social Sciences from Sciences Po Rennes, France. She speaks fluent English, French and Italian and is currently based in Paris, France.
